This Handbook does not constitute an employment contract but serves as a binding policy document. The company may amend these policies anytime based on operational or legal requirements.
2. Employment Classification
2.1 Full-Time Employees
Employees who work standard weekly hours (typically 48 hours/week as per state law) and are eligible for statutory and company benefits.
2.2 Part-Time Employees
Work fewer hours than full-time staff. Benefits vary based on working hours and role.
2.3 Contractual Staff
Engaged for short-term or project-based roles. Benefits vary based on contractual terms.
2.4 Trainees & Apprentices
Freshers undergoing skill training or internship. Stipend-based compensation.
2.5 Probationary Employees
New employees are placed under a 3-6 month probation. Confirmation is based on performance, conduct, attendance and verification.

4. Working Hours, Attendance & Time Discipline
4.1 Standard Working Hours
Office hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Field engineers follow project routes. Weekly working hours: 48 hours.
4.2 Weekly Off
One weekly off (generally Sunday). Technicians may have rotational offs.
4.3 Attendance System
Biometric/digital attendance mandatory.
Delayed arrival must be informed.
Field staff must report from job sites.
4.4 Late Coming Policy
3 late marks = ½ day leave deduction.
4.5 Overtime
Paid as per law and only with pre-approval.
5. Leave Policy
5.1 Types of Leave
Casual Leave (CL): 7
Sick Leave (SL): 7
Earned Leave (EL): 15
Maternity Leave: 26 weeks
Paternity Leave: 5 days
Comp-offs (approved overtime)
5.2 Leave Rules
Leave must be applied via HR portal/email.
Emergency medical leave allowed.
Uninformed absence = LOP.
