At Nesta Interiors ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing exceptional interior design services. We want you to be satisfied with our work. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our Services and procured goods.
This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. By engaging our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Our fees for interior design services cover our time, expertise and the creation of intellectual property (such as drawings, 3D renderings and design concepts).
Our service may include acting as your agent to procure Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E).
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, either party may terminate the Service Agreement.
If you choose to terminate the agreement, you are required to pay for all design services performed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. No refunds will be issued for work already completed or for non-refundable retainers.
We value our client relationships. If you believe a billing error has occurred or have a significant concern about our services, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Any decision to issue a refund outside of these policy terms is at the sole discretion of Nesta Interiors.
