By accessing our Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Scope of Services

We offer a range of interior design services, which may include:

  • Interior Design Consultation
  • Space Planning and 3D Rendering
  • Mood Boards and Material Selection
  • Procurement of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E)
  • Project Coordination with contractors and vendors

The specific scope of Services, deliverables and fees for your project will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement orDesign Proposal, which you must sign before work commences. These Terms are incorporated into every Service Agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, you ("Client") agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your requirements, budget and timeline.
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals on design concepts, drawings and selections.
  • Grant access to the project site for measurements, installation, and coordination.
  • Communicate any concerns or changes in a timely manner.

Delays in client feedback or approvals may result in project delays and additional fees.

3. Fees and Payment

Our fees are structured as detailed in your specific Service Agreement and may be a flat fee, an hourly rate or a combination.

  • Design Fee: A non-refundable retainer is typically required to secure our services and begin the design process.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your Service Agreement. Late payments may incur an interest charge of [e.g., 1.5%] per month.
  • Expenses: Reimbursable expenses, such as travel, printing and site visits outside our normal service area, will be billed to you.

4. Procurement and Purchasing

If our Services include the procurement of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment), the following terms apply:

  • We will provide you with proposals for items to be purchased. Full payment for these items is required upon your written approval before we place any orders.
  • We act as your purchasing agent. We are not the manufacturer or seller of these items. Therefore, we pass on all manufacturer
  • We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, vendor delays or shipping damage. We will, however, use our best efforts to assist in resolving such issues with the vendor.
  • All custom-ordered items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

5. Third-Party Contractors

We may coordinate with or recommend third-party contractors (e.g., painters, electricians, builders) for your project.

  • Your contract for work is directly with the contractor. You are responsible for paying them directly.
  • We are not responsible or liable for the performance, quality of work or timeliness of any third-party contractor.
  • We offer project coordination as a design service, but we are not a general contractor.

6. Intellectual Property

All drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards and design concepts (collectively, "Design Materials") created by us remain our intellectual property.

Upon full payment for our Services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Design Materials for the sole purpose of completing your project at the specified location. This license does not permit you to use the Design Materials for any other property or to share them with other designers.

We reserve the right to photograph the completed project and use the images for our portfolio, marketing and press, without disclosing your personal information or address.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim, damage or loss arising from our Services or these Terms is limited to the total amount of design fees you have paid to us for the project in question.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from our Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with [e.g., 14] days' written notice.

If you terminate the agreement, you agree to pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. The initial retainer is non-refundable. If we terminate the agreement without cause, we will refund any fees paid for work not yet performed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Province, Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms
